We are moving from a buyer’s to a neutral market. Buyers (especially those buying all-cash) still have the advantage. Rental yields are high as rents are at record levels. It’s a good time to buy Manhattan property now if you are a cash buyer and especially if you plan to rent out the property. Properties on the market are negotiable while rents are at record levels.
