Manhattan property investment performance

Sales volume for Q4’2025 increased by 3.4 percent compared to prior year while price per square foot was at $2,099 or 1.3 percent lower than prior year. In the new development segment, sales volume increased by 12.6 percent compared to prior year. The share of all-cash transactions was at 75 percent, an all time high.
