The
WSJ reports that more luxury stores are moving to Greenwich Avenue in the West Village. This is partly to meet future demand from residents of Greenwich Lane which is selling at $3,500 per sqft. These newcomer higher end stores include Liquiteria juice shop, Jinya (sushi) and Terry's, a specialty wine shop.
