Met's $60 million plaza

Plans for a $60 million outdoor plaza in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art will turn the area, on Fifth Avenue between 80th and 84th St, into even more of a tourist mecca.  But Upper East Side residents are not welcoming it, stating that it's a residential neighborhood, not a hang out spot.
