Tribeca luxury condo with high rental return close to World Trade Center, Goldman Sachs

Tribeca luxury condo with high rental return close to the World Trade Center, Goldman Sachs.

3P is a corner apartment with dual North/East exposures. Breathtaking views of Washington Market Park and the Jenga Building to the North, and the Gehry, Woolworth and Four Seasons Hotel to the East. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, while the views offer a mesmerizing backdrop of Tribeca.

Darling Moon Flowers / Cafe Atelier, Tribeca's unique shop

Darling Moon Flowers / Cafe Atelier is such a unique shop in Tribeca.  The ambiance, quality and presentation is so nice that I had to interview them about it.  Alice Kil, the owner, has a background in French and Korean floral design.  She also worked as a barista.  These formed the founding of her shop in our beloved neighborhood, Tribeca.

56 Leonard in Tribeca

56 Leonard in Tribeca, with it's Jenga shape, will be one of the tallest buildings in Downtown Manhattan.  The 145-condominium skyscraper will feature a bursting bubble sculpture at the base.  The Jenga shape is such because no apartment will have an upstairs neighbor's balcony above it.  This effectively increases amount of light entering each apartment.

Running a neighborhood

Learning a neighborhood can be done several ways - by car (least effective), by walking (most effective) and by running (which I often do).

Tribeca, chic property investment destination

Tribeca as a chic address in Manhattan in today's New York Times.  Picture of Bubby's above which has a Holstein cow outside the restaurant.  One of my favorite neighborhoods and where many clients have purchased investment property yielding great returns.

Lofty Ambitions Can Be Realized In TriBeCa   (click for full article)

Interviewed and quoted by Wall Street Journal on TriBeCa.  TriBeCa is already the priciest zip code in Manhattan but still has great upside potential as it is just north of the World Trade Center development, New York City's most important project.  Upon completion the WTC will add millions of square feet of new office space, which will lead to more jobs and more demand for TriBeCa property.
